Percussion Play Camp
For students completing grades 3 or 4 who want to play drums + percussion, explore new rhythms + have fun.
You don't need any experience to join this camp. Just bring a positive attitude, be excited to learn new things, and get ready to have a blast!
Learn the basics of drumming and rhythm, like counting and playing along with the music, and use them to create more complex rhythms and patterns.
Develop the ability to listen to, play, and feel rhythm.
Explore a variety of cool percussion instruments like hand drums, boom whackers, buckets, and more!
Experience the fun of playing in a group and making new friends.
At camp, you’ll get hands-on instruction in instrument technique, rhythm creativity, and playing with a small group with master drum and percussion instructor Rob Labig. Rob is an expert drum and percussion artist who has taught hundreds of private students of ALL AGES, as well as conducted clinics and workshops, and coached drum lines and concert percussion ensembles for competition.
